Great overview video and, as always, lots of valuable specifics. Also, it is important to see how all the various areas fit together and support each other.
I have a question: how do you convert a field (say 4 ha) from crop land to pasture? Can concurrently planting trees savanna-style be done? And how quickly could animals be introduced?
