This video is a mash-up of what we’ve been up to during the last week: dropping the beef off in our rented freezer space, looking at mobile kitchen units, making broth, checking out telescopes, buying timber for 7 new decks, levelling the barn floor… I’m also sharing my revised egg mobile plans.
What winter projects do you have lined up?

Can you please provide contact information for the mobile kitchen manufacturer?
Thanks,

Just studying and planning for next season. We will be closing on a 9 acre farm at the end of January. appreciating all the content, getting lots of ideas together for the new property and how i’d like to see things progress and change in the coming years.
We are ramping up our line of fermented provisions, finishing the commercial kitchen space we began in July and prepping it for inspection, working on the digital infrastructure of our farm (website, blog, online store), all while moving forward with our first winter farmers market!
My winter project in the Tropics, planting additional multi species fruit circles permaculture style. I am challenged this past year to come up with a rotating dormancy plan since the vegetable beds could be producing 365. Also experimenting with pigeon pea interplantings and other nitrogen rixing plants.
Finishing planting 300 olive oil trees and 200 irish strawberry trees. Next step its to expand the veggy garden.
