Fascinating to learn about farms in a variety of countries. I too have a degree in conventional agriculture (my university now offers a degree in organic, but not really sure their level of expertise in really making a go of it). My father is a conventional grain farmer, and I’ve witnessed a lot of changes in my lifetime as everything became Roundup Ready (ugh!). I’ve circled back to how my grandfather farmed (other side of the family) and realized he was farming this way and exposing me to it in the sixties and seventies, I was just too young to comprehend the differences as a young child. Thank you, Richard
