Having clean eggs every day is really important to us here, as you’re not allowed to clean eggs yourself in Europe. As with most things on this farm, we’ve gone with a simple, low-cost solution; homemade rollaway nest boxes. We use the same rollaway nest boxes year-round; in the egg mobiles during the summer season and in either the tunnel or the barn during winter.

I love these. I built a small scale version for my chickens (we have 12). I have to change the floor out though. I have a solid surface and have had some issues with it. Thanks for sharing!
