1000 BROILERS TO PROCESS…

Today we’re starting slaughter week. We’re splitting 1000 broilers into 3 batches and doing back-to-back slaughtering and packing over a 6-day period. It’s the first time for this year’s team, so whilst a 330 bird slaughter normally takes around 5 hours, it’ll probably take a little longer today.
