FARMER TALK: GONNE GIRLS

Today I’m catching up with the Gonne Girls in Normandy, France. Having taken a training at Ridgedale and a €50.000 start-up loan from my collaboration with the search engine Ecosia, the girls have been progressing brilliantly with their mixed farm project.

As their business develops, we discuss how to manage growth, partnerships, and work/life balance. We also talk about how to manage privacy (on social media or on the farm) and team management.

You can check Gonne Girls out on Facebook, Instagram and their website.

So many insights from the Gonne Girls discussion Richard.
I’m very grateful to you for the searching questions and to them for their thoughtful, frank and entertaining responses.
I found myself writing an essay, so deleted it and will just say the following:
Finances & Relationships, both internal and external. How they are inextricably entwined, and how implementing Boundaries makes them work.
So incredibly helpful. Thank you all.
I’m now ordering the books on Non Violent communication Claire recommended.
